The small print
General promotional terms.
- All promotional offers apply to new qualifying orders placed during the stated calendar month.
- To secure the relevant monthly offer, the quotation must be accepted and the required deposit received before the final day of that month. The installation itself may take place at a later date, subject to site-survey results, manufacturing lead times and availability.
- All installations and promotional upgrades are subject to an official site survey, technical suitability and suitable site conditions.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, advertised prices and savings include VAT.
- Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another installation or combined with any other MonGate offer or discount.
- Complimentary products and upgrades apply to MonGate’s standard specified equipment. Alternative, upgraded or bespoke equipment may be available at an additional cost.
- Any work, equipment or site requirements outside the stated promotional offer will be quoted separately.
- MonGate reserves the right to withdraw or amend an offer before an order is accepted. Any promotion already secured through an accepted quotation and paid deposit will be honoured in accordance with the agreed quotation.
